Further Acquisition By Northern Trust
Leeds based industrial and commercial surveyors, Michael Steel & Co, have disposed of a modern office development to Northern Trust, one of the UK's largest and most successful privately owned investment, development and land regeneration companies. The Gateway, Silkwood Park, Ossett comprises four office suites totalling 12,000 sq ft and Michael Steel & Co have been retained as joint agents to let the vacant space.
