Major Morley Town Centre Development

Michael Steel & Co have been appointed by the freeholders of a 4.5 acre Morley town centre site to masterplan the redevelopment proposals in conjunction with Kirkman Architects.

The developments are on the basis of mixed use including new traditional residential dwellings, apartments and the sympathetic refurbishment of a Grade II listed manor house together with leisure incorporating family entertainment centre, health and fitness, restaurants and offices.

Andrew Steel, partner at Michael Steel & Co, comments 'We are excited to be involved in the largest site in single ownership within Morley town centre and are inviting expressions of interest from end user operators and developers to assist in the formation of a masterplan through consultation with Leeds City Council'
