Relocation of Kenyon Upholstery – acting on behalf of Kenyon Upholstery Michael Steel & Co offered to the market the showroom and factory premises at Bradford Road, Tingley, in connection with the client’s relocation to new factory premises.  The property was offered to the market in autumn of 2022 and terms for a sale were agreed within 2 months with a timescale for completion to meet the requirements of the parties.  “Andrew and his team were professional, always responsive and helpful throughout the marketing and sales process and negotiated terms for an exclusivity arrangement, as part of the sale, which gave the buyer and I the platform to implement our respective plans.  A great result and a big thank you to Andrew”.  Marcus Kenyon
