Michael Steel & Co was established in February 2004 by partners Andrew Steel and Alec Michael. The company is an independent firm of chartered surveyors, operating throughout West Yorkshire and the north of England in connection with their mainstream activities and throughout the UK in connection with client led projects.
The partners have in excess of twenty-seven years combined experience in the commercial and industrial property market, gained with a large regional firm of chartered surveyors prior to the establishment of Michael Steel & Co.
